The games, names, code, artwork, and audio on playpendium.com (the "Service") are original and built in‑house by PlayPendium or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and other laws. We respect the intellectual‑property rights of others and expect our users to do the same.

Reporting alleged copyright infringement

If you believe that content on the Service infringes a copyright you own or control, you may send a notice under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Your notice must include all of the following (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):

2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail (such as a URL) for us to locate it.
4. Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email address).
5. A statement that you have a good‑faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Counter‑notification

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter‑notification to the agent above. It must include your signature; identification of the removed material and its prior location; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good‑faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your name, address, and telephone number, along with a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.

Repeat infringers

We may, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, remove or disable access to material and terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

Misrepresentations

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages.
